Currently we ship US domestic orders via two methods: Regular(5-10 days delivery) or Express(2-4 days delivery) shipping. Just for your assurance before you fill out the customer information and payment information the shipping charge will appear on the page. You will know the exactly amount of shipping cost to your purchase before you actually need to submit your payment information. There will be no "Hidden" charges.
When your order include different items, they may be shipped and arriving separately.
WE DO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY to the following countries/regions: Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, Taiwan. All international shipping is with "Regular" way, we can't guarantee "Express" shipping due to uncontrolable foreign custom issues. Some items may be not available for ship to overseas, we'll contact the customer about this when needed.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you receive the wrong product or a damaged product, simply contact us to get a RMA(return mechandise authorization) Number and send it back to us and we will ship a replacement out to you free of charge. We work very hard to make sure this almost never happens.
If you changed your mind and want to exchange the product for another one, we can do this with no problem. Because of our extremely low profit margins, we must charge you shipping for the second shipment. Just return the product back to us with a note asking for the exchange. Any fee or credit will be put on your credit card.
If you want to return a unopened product that you were unsatisfied with or changed your mind on. VT-Mart.com offers a 30-day exchange/refund policy to our customers. Simply return the product to us, we will give you a refund (minus shipping charges & 15% Restocking Fee). We will notify you when it is received by us. We just want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
